# Wellbeing and Safety Policy - We Kill Work

This policy is particularly relevant for reflection services such as CMe2.

## 1. Not a medical service

We Kill Work is not a healthcare provider, and the service does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

## 2. In an emergency

If you or someone else is in danger, call 112.

If you need healthcare guidance in Sweden, contact 1177.

## 3. Sensitive personal data

Avoid entering sensitive personal data in free text (for example information about health, ethnic origin, religion, sexuality, trade union membership, or biometric data) unless it is clearly requested in a feature with the correct legal basis.

## 4. Safe use

Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Do not share login credentials.

## 5. Sharing and exporting

Before sharing journal or reflection content, make sure you understand who will gain access and for what purpose.

## 6. Reporting risks

If you discover security issues or harmful content, report it to hello@wekillwork.com.

## 7. Changes

We may update this policy as new features and regulatory requirements evolve.
