# Waitlist Terms - We Kill Work Early Access

These terms apply when you sign up for the We Kill Work Early Access waitlist.

## 1. Purpose

The waitlist is used to manage expressions of interest and send limited updates about launch and test access.

## 2. What you consent to

When you submit your email, you consent to us:

- adding you to the waitlist
- sending relevant messages about access, beta invitations, and status updates

We do not send ongoing newsletters without separate consent for that purpose.

## 3. No guarantee of access

The waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, or pricing. Selection for beta may be based on capacity, relevance, and technical requirements.

## 4. Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in our emails or by contacting hello@wekillwork.com.

## 5. Vendors

We may use external services for forms, hosting, and email distribution. See the privacy policy for the current list of data processors.

## 6. Misuse

Automated spam signups, false identities, or misuse of forms may result in the signup being ignored or blocked.

## 7. Privacy

All processing of personal data takes place according to our privacy policy.

## 8. Changes

We may update these terms. A new version will be published with a new date.
