This privacy policy describes how We Kill Work ("we", "us") processes personal data in We Kill Work and related apps.

## 1. Roles and responsibility

We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

We may engage data processors, for example for hosting, form services, and email.

## 2. What data we process

Depending on the service, we may process:

- contact details (email address, name if you provide it)
- user and communication data (when you contact us)
- technical data (IP address, device, browser, page views, performance data)
- waitlist data (expression of interest, timestamp, source)

We do not collect more data than is necessary for the stated purposes.

## 3. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

- Managing the waitlist/expression of interest and sending relevant launch updates.
Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), as well as marketing rules under Swedish law.

- Delivering and improving the website and apps, including security and troubleshooting.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

- Complying with legal obligations (for example accounting or contact with authorities).
Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

If we were to process special categories of personal data (sensitive data) in an app in the future, we will provide separate information and use the required legal basis under GDPR Art. 9.

## 4. Recipients and processors

We may share data with vendors that process personal data on our behalf, for example:

- hosting/infrastructure: Vercel
- waitlist form service: Web3Forms
- email provider for communications and support

We do not sell personal data.

## 5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some vendors may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we use lawful transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and additional safeguards where required.

## 6. Retention periods

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose:

- waitlist data: until the launch process is completed or until you unsubscribe, though normally no longer than 24 months
- support matters: normally up to 24 months after the matter is closed
- technical logs: according to the vendor's standard retention period, normally a shorter period

We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

## 7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- request access to your personal data
- request rectification or deletion
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- request data portability
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

## 8. Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies and similar technology in accordance with our cookie policy. Non-essential storage/access on terminal equipment only takes place with valid consent where required by law.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been processed without sufficient basis, we will delete it.

## 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed. A new version will be published with a new date.
