These terms apply to the use of We Kill Work and related apps/services provided by We Kill Work ("we", "us").

We Kill Work develops digital tools for planning, reflection, and everyday flow. Parts of the service may be in alpha/beta and are provided "as is."

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service, other users, or third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you send to us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

## 3. Intellectual property

All content in the service (design, code, trademarks, text, graphics) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law.

No part may be copied, distributed, or commercialized without permission, except where mandatory law allows it.

We may update, change, or pause all or parts of the service, including features under development.

## 5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from use of the service.

For free beta/preview features, no guarantees are provided regarding availability, stability, or freedom from errors.

Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If a dispute remains, it shall be settled by a Swedish general court, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
